PrayerSong Media Release

This Media Release applies to all content you submit to PrayerSong, including videos, photos, audio recordings, written stories, or any other materials ("Content").

1. Permission to Use Your Content

By submitting Content, you grant PrayerSong a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to:

• use, reproduce, display, publish, and distribute your Content
• edit, modify, adapt, crop, caption, combine, or otherwise alter your Content in any manner
• create derivative works or compilations
• use your image, voice, likeness, name, and story
• publish your Content in marketing, advertising, social media, press, email, websites, and promotional materials, in any format or media now known or later developed

These rights apply to both commercial and non-commercial uses.

2. Editing and Adaptation

You authorize PrayerSong to edit, modify, adapt, crop, reproduce, caption, combine, or otherwise alter your Content for any purpose and without limitation, including creating derivative works or new materials from your submission.

3. Compensation and Consideration

Any payment, credit, royalties, or other consideration related to your Content is entirely at PrayerSong's sole and absolute discretion.

You agree that PrayerSong has no obligation to provide compensation, royalties, attribution, or any form of consideration for the submission or use of your Content, whether now or in the future.

4. Your Representations

By submitting Content, you confirm that:

• you created the Content or have the legal right to submit it
• everyone shown in your Content has given you permission to include them
• your submission does not violate any copyright, privacy, or publicity rights
• your submission is truthful to the best of your knowledge

You release PrayerSong from any claims, demands, or liabilities arising from the use of your Content under this agreement.

5. Irrevocability

All rights and permissions granted in this Media Release are irrevocable once your Content is submitted.
